Limited Warranty
The Hilliard Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that the Extreme Duty centrifugal clutch will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The Hilliard Corporation does not warrant this product when not installed
and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for such installation and operation, and in accordance with good
installation and maintenance practices. The Hilliard Corporation does not warrant this product when used for racing. Final decision on the
fitness or suitability of this product for any use shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Hilliard Corporation will not be
liable for labor charges and other incidental or consequential losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall
The Hilliard Corporation be liable for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from misuse or improper installation of any such
part subject to this warranty. No merchandise may be returned for any reason unless a prior return goods authorization number (RGA) has been
obtained from The Hilliard Corporation Customer Service Department. Please call (607) 733-7121 to obtain the RGA number. The Hilliard
Corporation reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because
of a defect in material or workmanship. The Hilliard Corporation’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or
crediting, at The Hilliard Corporation’s option, any part found to be so defective, regardless of whether any part is repaired, replaced, or
credited under this warranty. This warranty covers a one-time replacement of the clutch or component. Transportation charges on the return of
such part must be prepaid by the customer under this warranty. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND
THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN. You must mail the original sales receipt, the original UPC label and the completed warranty registration card to the
Hilliard Corporation within one week of purchase to qualify for this warranty. The original sales receipt must include the retailer’s name,
address, phone number, and the purchase date. Incomplete registration cards, submission without a receipt, or submission without a UPC code
will not be processed for warranty registration. Incomplete submissions for warranty registration will not be returned.
